Four steps to the Right Resume Format

What should be the format of a good resume? It's just you have to know what are main things you should be first of all concerned about and have to be included in the resume, because a good & well formatted resume can differentiate you from others and also can makes you a right candidate to be selected for the said job, so it's not what you include should be in right format, here are four steps to the right resume format.

1. Correctly formatted document: While writing a resume, the contents should be correctly formatted, the line margins, the paragraph margin, the space, everything should be kept in mind while formatting the resume, as the good formatted resume can impress the recruiter in just no time.
2. Educational qualifications: After completing the personal details about yourself, the next step should be always is describing the educational achievements one had got so far with its percentage, passing year, board etc.
3. Explaining skills: The best way to introduce your qualities in front of the recruiter without saying anything is the describing of the skills & talent you have and which you were showing in your previous job.
4. Employment description & awards: The last but not the least step is the brief description of employment details which you have done so far. Write each & everything about all the companies you worked for, their locations, your post and your responsibilities there etc.
Ten Tips to Improve your Resume:
A resume can be called as a description of one's identity, professional achievements, academic & graduation qualifications, strengths and many other things. So it has to be present in a very attentive way, there should be no scope of pointing out any mistake in the resume, thus if still someone is pointed out for its mistake in the resume. Here are ten tips to improve and manage your resume.
1. All the description or the contents which is to be included in the resume should be written in a prescribed form and is to be included in exact order which is declared as per the norms.
2. Manage the resume pages according to its preference to be studied i.e. starting from cover letter till the end page which contains the personal info & declaration.
3. Make use of bold letters for the important information in a sentence such as when we write "done 6 weeks internship in Indian Railways", then ‘6 weeks‘ and ‘Indian Railways‘ should be written in bold letter.
4. Resume should not have large scale paragraphs as it can complex the resume, it can improve by introducing bulleted form, and it will get easy for reading.
5. Don't add any irrevalant information which is of no use for the recruiter as it will do nothing just add on pages to the resume.
6. Most of the time, references should be including only upon the request.
7. Always have a description about the past jobs and the activities which you think can be used in the next job in which you are applying.
8. Always have a clear view about your resume in your eyes as well as in the recruiter's eye, thus the font used should be not so small& not so large, thus presenting it in a descent form.
9. Nevertheless what you have done in your past job experience, write each & everything about the past job experience one have.
10. Use as less as you can the acronyms which is mostly used in resume and make the resume simple.
