From the educational phase after birth till the age up to which a person is able to do his or her tasks properly is the career stage. In every individual's life the career stage is very important. The educational career and the professional career are altogether different. But both the careers are interrelated. The educational career and also the luck factor are the two major factors that determine the professional career of a person. The stream or the field chosen by an individual in his or her educational life is chosen according to his her interests in that particular field. Many candidates are against the long duration jobs in spite of the high package.

While hiring a candidate the recruiter pays attention to the following factors:

• The talent of the candidate.

• The body language and the attitude.

• The ability to maintain a cool temper while in work load or not.

• The performance after the candidate is hired.

• The tendency to change the jobs frequently or not.

• Whether able to work as a team or not.

• The positivity of the candidate.

In the interview board the recruiter verifies and almost scans the candidate as much as they can.
